Counteracting erosion of knowledge with regard to nature, landscape, agriculture and food

In cooperation with the German Academy for Culinary Matters and Slow Food Germany we commit ourselves – e.g. in different schools serving as models – to introduce sustainable catering in all-day schools [mehr]
Fresh air and exercise and knowledge about nature not only support the self-competence of the adolescents but also contribute considerably to violence prevention
To support environmental education in early childhood we help publishing books like coloring books, readers and books to read out to children (e.g. "We and our orchards", "We and our water", "We and our soil")
We helped to develop pedagogic-didactically processed materials to support educators and teachers, parents and grandparents to increase kids interest in nature in a playful way and without a moralizing undertone (e.g. "Exploring nature with kids", "Exploring creek and river with kids", "Sustainability in the kindergarden", "Our orchards")
